Sales

Here are a few policies which I have outlined for you when considering purchasing works of art from the website.

1. Home/Office Visit. Whenever a work of art has been purchased, I offer a house/office visit (if possible) where I can travel to your home/business help hang, display, and consult with you about the work of art. We can arrange a time and place which is convenient for you if you would like to use this optional service.

2. Sales, shall be made at price not less than the price "Retail Price" on schedule, which doesn't include sales tax or delivery costs. The patron/Gallery shall pay the artist the balance of sales price after it's commssion within 30 days of the purchaser's payment. If purchaser pays in installments all artists share shall be paid within 30 days of any installment payment until artist is paid in full. It is agreed that any default of a purchaser from Gallery shall be borne solely by Gallery/Patron notwithstanding such default, pay artist by percentage share of sales price within one hundred eighty (80) days of any such installment terms.

Commissions

3. Price, in consideration of artists services (including labor equipment and materials) purchaser shall pay Artist the total purchase price in two or three equal installments. The first installment shall be paid upon the date of signing the prepared agreement and is non-refundable. The final payment shall be paid on or before the date of delivery of the commissioned work, of which the artist will give (5) days notice. The purchaser shall pay the payment and sign a purchase and sales agreement.

Rental/ Lease

4. The Rental/Lease period for artwork is three (3) months. Artwork may be re-rented successfully for one year. At which time it must be purchased or returned. A percent of rental fees can be applied to purchase price. Renter agrees to handle carefully and return on due date or pay overdue charge of $15. per day. Rental and renewal fees are payable in advance.
Rentor/Leasor shall be responsible during rental term for loss or damage to said property from whatever cause including fire and theft>Artwork may not be painted or altered. Artwork may not transferred to another person's care.

Shipping and Handling

5. Shipping and Handling

The work shall be shipped from the artists studio at the expense of the purchaser to the requested address by the patron. The work can be shipped via USPS, FED EX, or DHL as requested by the Patron/Gallery.
Handling charges may apply. A $10.00 surcharge, per order, in addition to handling charges, applies for Overnight and Second Day air service.
